  • Low-Latency AI Orchestration: Engineered a real-time voice-to-agent onboarding assistant using LiveKit and Gemini, achieving a highly responsive 3.2s End-to-End (E2E) latency.
  • Greenfield Infrastructure: Architected the complete AWS cloud topology and backend ERD/API structure from the ground up, ensuring the platform is “client-ready” for rapid scaling.
